What You Will Do

Interviews user to collect information about problem and leads user through procedures to determine source of error.
Handles problem recognition, research, isolation, resolution and follow-up for routine user problems, referring more complex problems to supervisor or outsourced provider.
Calls software and hardware vendors to request service regarding defective products.
Trains users on software and hardware on-site.
Installs personal computers, software, and peripheral equipment.
Makes adjustments to computer systems or peripheral equipment as needed.
Installs, configures, troubleshoots and responds to user concerns for desktops, laptops.
Perform other duties as requested.

Required Skills and Abilities

\r\n

Diploma or Degree holder in or related disciplines in IT or Computer Science.
Good organization & communication skills, Able to work independently.
You are enrolled at a university or college (please attach respective document to your application).
Minimum duration for an internship - 6 months preferred.
You are available for full time internship.
Fresh graduates are welcomed, no working experience required (applicant with experience is a plus point).
Passion for the PUMA brand and sports in general.
