Work & Rewards Intern - Business

What You Will Do

  • Collect and validate data (e.g. organization and employee data, cash/benefit data, strategy documents) for benchmarking and various analysis. 
  • Conduct/develop desk research, interview, analysis, reports and presentation related to various solution designs in Organization Design, Workforce Analytics, or Talent/Career Management projects. 
  • Using various scenarios to forecast the workforce requirement and future organization capabilities. 
  • Support survey administration as required. 
  • Supporting rewards design solution development. 
  • May be involved in other interesting projects including merger acquisition or change management.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business / Management / Industrial Engineering / Sciences / Psychology will be preferable, Master Degree will be an advantage. 
  • Rewards / Compensation and Benefits experience is preferred but not essential. 
  • A good team-player with a high degree of personal initiative and with keen interest in pursuing a long-term career in human resources consulting. 
  • Strong working knowledge of the following PC-based software applications for analysis and reporting: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and other data analysis programs. 
  • Able to convey ideas in coherent, fluent and logical manner. 
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in both Indonesia and English.
