Finance Development Programme - Engineering - 2024

The Programme

The Finance Development Program is a 12-month program aimed at early-career talents who are keen to take on leadership and financial roles within the bank.  
 
The program has been designed to provide you with accelerated induction experience in Finance roles.  
 
You will learn many aspects of the finance side in the banking industry and develop core competencies and technical skills which will fast-track your career in the financial field.

What You Will Do

Over these 12 months, you will also be rotated to various segments in the finance divisions, where you will learn about key aspects of our business.  
 
In each rotation, you will be given strategic projects that have a significant impact for the bank and present them to our Senior Management.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering and Science with minimum GPA 3.0/4.0. 
• Maximum of 1 year work experience. 
• A pass from online job assessment. 
• Leadership experience in campus or student organizations. 
• Growth mindset, resilience and ability to adapt. 
• Numerical and analytical thinking. 
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation in English skill. 
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
