HR Data & Policy Intern

What you will do

  • Administer People Data, from on boarding to off boarding
  • Validate information from new employee to ensure that all of the information is correct and completed
  • Validate leave information to ensure all leave request are taken accordingly to the rules
  • Coordinate with IT team to ensure access given on time
  • Activate/deactivate communication channel for employee

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university in Accounting, Management, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics or equivalent. Fresh graduate are welcomed to apply
  • Will to do a full-time internship at least 3 months
  • Communicative, proactive, and adaptive
  • Have attention to details and well-organized, good numerical ability and analytical thinking
  • Have an excellent knowledge using Ms. Excel and Google Spreadsheet
