Intern - Internal Finance

The Programme

Intern - Internal Finance is responsible to assist Lead Associate in handling invoicing, vendor payment and tax administrative work.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Senior Associate in Invoicing, Vendor Payment, & Bank Settlement. 
• Assist Senior Associate in Tax Administrative. 
• Assist Senior Associate in prepaid tax slip collection. 
• Assist Senior Associate in bookkeeping simple accounting modules, such as Account Payable (AP) / Receivable (AR). 
• Assist Senior Associate in document filing. 
• Perform other duties as assigned for the audit period.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Final year student of accounting major. 
• Have good knowledge about Indonesia Accounting Principles (PSAK) and taxation. 
• Having knowledge and experience related to accounting systems will be an advantage. 
• Detail oriented. 
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Program especially Microsoft Excel. 
• Have good communication skill, spoken & written, both in English & Bahasa.
• Willing to participate in Internship program for 3-6 months.
