UX Researcher Intern - Psychology

That is exactly what we are tackling as t-fam! Making sure that our 17+ million users have the best experience in crafting their own adventure. 
 
Your main duties in flying with us:

• Participate in and support product design and user research activities. 
• Planning and conducting user research studies, such as interviews, remote and in-person usability sessions, surveys, card sorts, etc. 
• Assisting ongoing research with notetaking and observation. 
• Have the ability to write testing scripts, track and manage data, and present findings. 
• Willingness to help recruit and schedule participants. 
• Collaborate on projects with Product Designers, Writers, illustrators, and other stakeholders, iterating over options to find the best solution.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Anthropology, Sociology, Computer Science, Information System. HCI, Education, Cognitive Science, Product Design, or other relevant fields. 
• Knowledge of running qualitative and quantitative research methods. 
• Knowledge of UX research for product design.

Important Notes: The job will start earlier than October 2023 and you should be available for 6 months internship.
