Employee Branding Intern - IT

What You Will Do

  • Event Management: Support event development, including cold emailing, brainstorming concepts, and preparing for and executing the event on the day. 
  • Content Creation: Propose ideas and assist in creating engaging content for Instagram and LinkedIn. 
  • Data & Reporting: Monitor and analyze employer branding metrics to ensure continuous improvement. 
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to align employer branding efforts with overall company goals.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Final year Bachelor's student or recent graduate, preferably in Technology, Communications, Management, or Marketing. 
  • Proven experience in end-to-end event planning and execution, with excellent time management skills. 
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt to diverse situations. 
  • Exceptional attention to detail and proficiency in English, both written and spoken. 
  • Proficiency in Google Slides, Canva, and Google Sheets for reporting; experience with other Google Suite tools is a plus.
