What You Will Do 

• Arrange and follow up on interview related matters, timely communication with interviewers, candidates and hiring managers. 
• Assist the talent acquisition manager to complete the recruitment data analysis work. 
• Support campus hiring, bridge intern hiring information between hiring manager and vendors. 
• Other support tasks, such as assisting hiring managers in organizing monthly meetings and recruitment-related activities. 
• Exposure to a range of activities related to recruitment and employer branding, including but not limited to campus recruitment, Top Employer Selection, etc. 
• Maintenance of recruitment system – Workday. 
• Prepare different presentations using Canva or PowerPoint. 

Required Skills and Abilities 

• Able to commit to a minimum of 6 months internship program. 
• Able to work on-site (Buncit Raya) at least three times a week.
• Proficiency in Canva, Excel and PowerPoint.
