What You Will Do

• You will support sales operations, data mining and analytics work, i.e. working with raw data and dashboards.  
• You will support daily sales operations administration tasks such as order processing as well as documents requirement checks/tracking. 
• You will assist in sales and/or tender process preparation/ documentation.

Required Skills and Abilities

• You are currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration/Accounting/Economics are preferred.  
• All other disciplines’ students are welcome to apply. 
• You can commit for an internship for at least 6 months. 
• You should possess advanced skills in Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel (including LOOKUP functions), and PowerPoint. 
• You are familiar working with Adobe Acrobat Editor/PDF X-change Editor.

Your attributes and skills:

• You are self-motivated, eager to learn and are a good timekeeper for deliverables. 
• You have high levels of initiative and are a keen problem solver when facing challenges. 
• You are a team player and can manage tight deadlines and time pressure. 
• You are proficient (spoken and written) in Bahasa Indonesia and English and possess good communication skills.
