We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Legal Intern to join our team at Siemens Healthineers.

What You Will Do

  • You will assist the legal department in conducting legal research and analysis on various legal matters. 
  • You will support reviewing and translating draft contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. 
  • You will assist in reviewing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements. 
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide legal guidance and support on a range of issues, such as data privacy and commercial contracts. 
  • You will assist in preparing for and attending meetings and negotiations as required. 
  • You will help to maintain accurate and organized legal files and documentation.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Currently pursuing a law degree from an accredited law school. 
  • Strong research and analytical skills. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. 
  • Professional demeanor and the ability to handle confidential information.

Able to commit for at least 6 (six) months period. 
 
Your personality and skills:

  • You are self-driven, motivated and have a positive work attitude. 
  • You have good interpersonal skills and willingness to take initiative. 
  • You are strong attention to details coupled with a solution orientated approach. 
  • You have a strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
