Intern Student - Project Management ENG PRO

What You Will Do

• Assist project managers in planning, executing, and monitoring projects. 
• Participate in project team meetings and take notes on action items, decisions, and next steps. 
• Create and maintain project schedules, timelines, and budgets. 
• Track project progress and report on status to project managers and stakeholders. 
• Conduct research and analysis to support project decision-making. 
• Help identify and manage project risks and issues. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. 
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of project documentation, such as project charters, scope statements, and work breakdown structures. 
• Participate in project review meetings and provide input on lessons learned and best practices. 
• Perform other duties as assigned by project managers.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Active student -electrical, mechatronic or related major. 
• Willing to do full time internship at Office. 
• Able to do internship for up to 12 months. 
• English and Bahasa Indonesia proficiencies. 
• Computer literacies.
