Diploma Engineer Trainee

What You Will Do

Diploma Engineer Trainees will be rotated to the Factory related function such as Quality Control, Manufacturing (Assembly / Prefabrication), Engineering, Order Execution, Supply Chain & logistics to learn about the process.  
 
After the rotation period, trainees will be assigned to one specific factory function based on the interest & business needs.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Diploma (D3) / (D4) Graduates from Reputable University with GPA (IPK) 3.0 Above – Majoring in Electrical Engineering (preferred in Power System Studies). 
• Fresh graduates or maximum with 2 years working experience. 
• Fluent in English (Verbal & written). 
• Displayed proven Leadership, actively involved in Organization / Having Internship Experience is a plus point. 
• Have good interpersonal Skill.  
• Eager to learn new things.
