Internship - SME Business - SeaBank

The SeaMoney team enables and drives innovation by providing a range of financial products and services, including its mobile wallet, ShopeePay, to both individuals and SMEs. What You Will Do

• Assist to drive SME (Small Medium Enterprises) business performance and assist in the monitoring, analyzing, and reporting of both strategic objectives and business development projects in progress. 
• Assist the SME (Small Medium Enterprises) segment strategy in line with the overall retail banking strategy; to ensure the achievement of profitability targets through revenue maximization and prudent cost management. 
• Assist to ensure compliance with the Bank's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Fresh graduate or final year students with no regular offline classes to attend. 
• Excellent command of English. 
• Good or at least familiar with Microsoft Office, Excel & Word. 
• Meticulous & detail oriented. 
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively. 
• Critical thinking and the ability to analyze data (e.g., from financial statements) and provide a conclusion. 
• Willing to commit to a 6-months internship & willing to work from the Jakarta office.
