What You Will Do

• Assist in reaching out and monitoring the candidate's overall end-to-end recruitment experience. 
• Schedule the candidates for interview/examination and provide feedback as needed. 
• Coordinate with the Recruitment Team and Internal Stakeholders on a daily basis. 
• Manage the recruiting pipeline including determining resource needs, sourcing activities, conducting assessments, and managing the referral process. 
• Assist the Recruitment Team as necessary and undertake other tasks and projects that may be assigned from time to time.

Required Skills and Abilities

• A final-year student or a recent graduate in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field. 
• Having an intern recruiter with experience is advantageous. 
• Communicative and self-starter. 
• Desire to learn new things.

Willing to participate in a 3-month internship.
