Internship - IT Procurement - Digital & Technology - SeaBank

What You Will Do

• Assisting in managing records of purchases and prices accurately. 
• Initiate and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers. 
• Analyze all offers and prices from vendors. 
• Assisting in recording and storing IT asset inventory data. 
• Create a list of suppliers, specifications and delivery times. 
• Assisting in starting the process of Purchase Request, Approval, Purchase Order, etc. 
• Collaborate with another IT team member.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Able to do 6 months internship. 
• Willing to do WFO daily Jakarta Office & available to start early January 2024. 
• Final year students with no offline classes preferably from Information System/Technology or related field, recently graduated or candidates with 0 - 1 year of working experience are welcome to apply. 
• Demonstrate good communication and writing skills, proficient in Microsoft Office, excellent command in English. 
• A positive "can-do" attitude, outstanding time management skills and attention to detail.
