The Programme

In joining our recruiting team, you’ll identify and attract talent for PwC. You’ll focus on engaging and hiring the most promising college students from campus and university. You’ll build on campus relationships with job seekers and candidates, while understanding the dynamic hiring needs of each business. 

What You Will Do 

As an Intern/Trainee, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. 

• You’ll be a part of an environment that broadens your functional training, personal and technical skills, and deepens your knowledge of client services.  
• You’ll play an integral role supporting staff as needed for an outstanding variety of work and making contributions to the team on a daily basis.
• Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications. 

Required Skills and Abilities 

• A bachelor's degree from Psychology/HR Management with relevant experience with minimum GPA 3.00 out of 4.00. 
  Experience with recruitment processes and databases. 
• Good interpersonal skills. 
• Good decision-making skills. 
• Attention to details. 
• Able to deal with tasks and projects at the same time to prioritize work activities.
•  Computer literate.
