What You Will Do

You will be a part of a year-long development program designed to foster the professional growth of fresh graduates in the field of Corporate Social Responsibility.  
 
As a trainee, you will have the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to our organization's social impact initiatives while gaining invaluable insights into the intricate world of internal audit processes.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Degree in any field. 
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferable. 
• Knowledge of rules and regulations governing Charities; CSR best practices will be an advantage. 
• Interest in managing relationships, networks, and diverse teams that include a diverse group of people representative of the public and private sectors, community-based organizations, nonprofits, and civic leaders, as well as program beneficiaries. 
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex information into simple, concise messages tailored for various audiences.
