What You Will Do

• Primary roles to involve in Prudential Indonesia’s end to end recruitment process and administrative tasks. 
• To Fulfil internship/apprenticeship request as per assignment department. 
• Assist Employer Branding roles.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Committed to join for 6 months internship. 
• Willing to do hybrid arrangements: WFO (3x a week) & WFH (2x a week) on Setiabudi area, South Jakarta. 
• Fresh Grad/last year student, any major (Industrial Engineering or Psychology preferable – has deep interest in HR). 
• Has past experience in writing. 
• Good problem solving & communication skills. 
• Team player – highly motivated person – able to work with less supervision. 
• Action & customer oriented. 
• Computer literate: Ms. Office.
