Apprenticeship - DevOps Infra System Monitoring

What You Will Do

• Review, coordination with SME team, and update the end of support/life asset remediation. 
• Review and make an improvement on Incident ticketing tools. 
• Make a presentation slide. 
• Monitor and follow up DevOps Jira.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Final year or fresh graduates from any major. 
• Willing to do WFO (3x a week) and WFH (2x a week) in the South Jakarta area. 
• Committed to do 6 months internship. 
• Experience in project task tracking or similar role. 
• Possess good knowledge in operating Microsoft Office Tools, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 
• Have good communication skills (written & verbal) in Bahasa and English. 
• Able to work well with people. 
• Time Management and Attention to Details.
