What You Will Do

• Assist GBOP process (checking reimbursement & settlement documents and follow up to Sales Team). 
• Review and check submissions for settlement and reimbursement Business Trips ALD Team. 
• Review and check submissions for settlement and reimbursement Business Trips PRUVenture Team. 
• Checking and compile LTI redemption form.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Fresh Graduate/Final Year Student from related Major (Accounting/Finance/Management will be prioritized). 
• Have good reviewing and budget calculation skills as a beginner. 
• Thorough and detail in perform daily works. 
• Able to operate Ms. Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint). The company will provide a personal laptop to support daily work. 
• Can-Do Attitude.
