Manufacturing Engineering - Data Analytics Intern - Mechatronics

The Programme

As an Industry 4.0 Engineering Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on real-world projects and gain hands-on experience in the implementation of Industry 4.0 technologies.  
 
Your role:

  • Assist in the design and development of Industry 4.0 solutions using a variety of technologies such as IoT, AI, AGV, Robotics, MES (manufacturing Execution System) and machine learning. 
  • Support the integration of Industry 4.0 technologies with existing systems and processes. 
  • Participate in the deployment and testing of Industry 4.0 solutions such as Warehouse automation, Water Monitoring System, Waste Management System, Fire Pump Monitoring system, MES (Manufacturing Execution System), and Molding Machine Energy Monitoring System. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. 
  • Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in the industry 4.0 field. 
  • Participate in training and mentorship opportunities to further develop your skills and knowledge.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's, D3 or D4 in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mechatronics, Robotics, Physics, Instrumentation, or a related field.  
  • Eager to learn about Industry 4.0 technologies and their applications in manufacturing and production environments. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
