Graduate Development Program - Sales & Marketing

The Programme

The Graduate Development P​​​​​​​rogram (GDP) is our company traineeship that develops high potential talent into future leaders.  
It is an integral part of our Talent Strategy and enables us to infuse early career talent and generational diversity into our workforce.  
 
As a two-year traineeship, the GDP consists of two 12-month local assignments across businesses and/or functions.  
 
The program targets early career talent with less than two years of experience after graduation.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Final year students or bachelor’s degree with a Minimum GPA 3.0. 
• Leadership experience in Extra Co-curricular Activities or Projects. 
• Logical problem solver who can work independently and strong interpersonal skills and willingness to learn.  
• Fluent English required in addition to local language & proficient in Microsoft Office.
