Fresh Graduate Program 2024 - SCM Material Management

The Programme

Mubadala Energy Fresh Graduate Program is a year internship program with excellent way to gain exposure and working experience in an international Oil and Gas Company, as well as an opportunity to develop knowledge, skills and competencies in the position. 
 
The program is for Fresh Graduate and will start in the beginning of 2024 up to 31 December 2024.

What You Will Do

• Support Warehouse, inventory and logistics activities. 
• Assist Material Management activities. 
• Support supply chain management practice in the working field. 
• Contributes to the Supply Chain department on processes, products, and services.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Hold a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, IT, Science or other relevant major. 
• Minimum GPA (Grade Point Average) is 3.00 out of 4.00. 
• Fresh graduate, up to < 1 year of experience. 
• Strong interest in growing a career in a supply chain environment. 
• Able to operate Microsoft Office. 
• Tech savvy in data mining, data analysis, and product and/or graphic design is a plus. 
• Self-starter, learning agility and driving for actions and results. 
• Team player, good communication, and willing to learn. 
• Good analytical thinking and attention to details. 
• Domicile in Balikpapan area.

Your success to date must demonstrate your passion for delivering work to high standards and working in a cohesive team in order to produce results. Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (oral and written) is a must. 
 
Position is for an Indonesian National only.
