The Programme

Mubadala Energy Fresh Graduate Program is a year internship program with excellent way to gain exposure and working experience in an international Oil and Gas Company, as well as an opportunity to develop knowledge, skills and competencies in the position. 
 
The program is for Fresh Graduate and will start in the beginning of 2024 up to 31 December 2024.

What You Will Do

• Support in HC Operation tasks. 
• Handle employee benefit administration process, include BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, Pension Fund, and Medical Benefit. 
• Support tender and contract administration. 
• Support in formal activities. 
• Assist in Work Life Effectiveness Program. 
• Assist in Learning and Development activities. 
• Human Capital projects as required.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Hold Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Psychology, or relevant major. 
• Minimum GPA (Grade Point Average) is 3.00 out of 4.00. 
• Fresh graduate, up to < 1 year of experience. 
• Able to operate Microsoft Office. 
• Have critical thinking and attention to details. 
• Able to work in a team and independently. 
• Good at communication and public speaking. 
• Willing to learn and proactive. 
• Have writing and visual editing skills. 

Your success to date must demonstrate your passion for delivering work to high standards and working in a cohesive team in order to produce results. Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (oral and written) is a must. 
 
Position is for an Indonesian National only.
