Fresh Graduate Program 2024 - External Relations & Communication

The Programme

Mubadala Energy Fresh Graduate Program is a year internship program with excellent way to gain exposure and working experience in an international Oil and Gas Company, as well as an opportunity to develop knowledge, skills and competencies in the position. 
 
The program is for Fresh Graduate and will start in the beginning of 2024 up to 31 December 2024.

What You Will Do

• Produce, collect, select, and process information that has news value accurately and interestingly, internally and externally. 
• Create and produce articles in bilingual and corporate internal magazines semesterly, including publication in SharePoint. 
• Prepare publication schedule including initial concept and content. 
• Support the engagement with local media/journalists, including supporting the joint program of SKK Migas - Production Sharing Company related to Media Relations. 
• Support and involve in CSR activities

Required Skills and Abilities

• Hold Bachelor’s degree in Communications, International Relations, or Sociology. 
• Minimum GPA (Grade Point Average) is 3.00 out of 4.00. 
• Fresh graduate, up to < 1 year of experience. 
• Able to operate Microsoft Office. 
• Experience in creating articles/news publication. 
• Experience in engaging with media/journalists. 
• Experience in organizing an event. 
• Understand in developing social media plan. 
• Have visual editing skills. 

Your success to date must demonstrate your passion for delivering work to high standards and working in a cohesive team in order to produce results. Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (oral and written) is a must. 
 
Position is for an Indonesian National only.
