We have an exciting opportunity for a fresh graduate to join our business, being placed in the Advisory team in our Indonesia office, as a Graduate Urban Planner / Designer.\xa0

We will provide you with the opportunity to work on some the most exciting projects across Indonesia and surrounding countries.\u202f \xa0

We will provide you with the required training to meet the objectives of a professional training scheme

What You Will Do

Support Advisory sector in Indonesia, including consultancy services for Urban Planning, Urban Design, Built Environment & GIS.\xa0
Preparation of Business Development Materials, including presentations, brochures, portfolios, track record, and other visual aids.\xa0
Support Business Development activities including meetings, events and other promotional activities.\xa0
Support preparation of EOI, proposals, bids, and CVs for tender submissions.\xa0
Support preparation of deliverables, including project reports, drawings, maps, graphics.\xa0
Preparation of project management documents and tools including prospect & project lists.\xa0
General administrative support including translations supports.\xa0
Research and analysis of markets, clients and competitors for a range of relevant sectors.\xa0
Support and coordinate monthly reports.\xa0
Attending and contributing to workshops.

Required Skills and Abilities

To apply for this scheme, you will have graduated from 2020 onwards and have achieved, or are expected to achieve, a GPA (IP) of 3.0 or above in one of the following degree disciplines:

Urban Planning & Urban Design\xa0
Architecture\u202f\xa0
Real Estate\xa0
Design Engineering

Software skills:

CAD\xa0
BIM (Optional).\xa0
Design tools (e.g., Rhino, Grasshopper).\xa0
Adobe Photoshop/InDesign (Optional).\xa0
GIS (Optional).

We are looking for graduates with the following characteristics:

Flexibility, adaptability and great interest in multi-disciplinary advisory consultancy business.\xa0
Committed to accomplish project delivery within tight project timeline with limited supervision.\xa0
Capable of self-learning / autodidact and conduct independent research on new project disciplines or business area.\xa0
Proficient in the use of design technologies, e.g., CAD.\xa0
Good visual communication skills using MS PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, etc.\xa0
Methodical and scientific approach to problem solving.\xa0
Ability to use your initiative to undertake tasks efficiently and independently.\xa0
Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, which allow you to confidently liaise\u202f \u202f \u202fwith clients and team members. A TOEFL / IELTS scoring (can be indicative) is preferred.\xa0
Excellent written communication and attention to detail in both English and Bahasa Indonesia and be able to demonstrate accurate report writing. A TOEFL / IELTS scoring (can be indicative) is required.
