What You Will Do

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing engagement campaigns through digital channels to increase product expansion and retention. 
• Assist in monitoring, maintaining, and creating content for all communication channels (email, push notification, WhatsApp, etc.). 
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop and deliver good engagement campaigns for all existing clients.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Fresh graduate/final year student with little to no mandatory classes in university, preferably majoring in Marketing, Communication, PR, or literature. 
• Experienced in Creative Content Writing. 
• Excellent stakeholder management. 
• Familiar with email marketing/CRM. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and must have a thorough understanding of digital marketing and strategy. 
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks. 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. 
• Highly goal-oriented individual and have excellent communication skills. 
• Curious, open-minded, detail-oriented, and a strong problem solver. 
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia & English.
