What You Will Do

• Create weekly and monthly editorial calendars to promote company brands on various social media websites. 
• Work with multiple departments to create and execute new content in social media. 
• Track social media engagement to identify high-performing ideas and campaigns for scalability. 
• Brainstorm and research ideas for original content & develop new strategies for increasing engagement. 
• Establish closed-loop analytics to understand the metrics at which our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers. 
• Create a strategy for nurturing our leads through a mix of helpful content and other calls-to-action. 
• Optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, landing pages and social media channels. 

Required Skills and Abilities

• A strong sense of ownership, can-do attitude, positive outlook. 
• Knowledge of analytics and able to interpret data and insight to track audience engagement. 
• Adaptable and resourceful self-starter who can dive into a project without constant direction/oversight and comfortable juggling a variety of tasks efficiently and effectively. 
• Proactive and has the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external customers and adaptable to a fast-paced environment. 
• Sound understanding of marketing principles and new marketing technologies to chase growth and demand generation. 
• Hands on experience in content creation, UGC, and influencer strategy. 
• Creative, Excellent writing, editing, and proof-reading skills with a keen eye for detail.

• An Indonesian student, studying in Indonesia or abroad (this program is fully remote, you can apply from anywhere in the world!). 
• An alumnus, max. 1 year after graduation.
