What You Will Do

Assisting the team in:

• Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients. 
• New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions. 
• Fostering a good working relationship with a potential Manager or CEO. 
• Making cold and warm phone calls to contacts to follow up or preempt your email communications, manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to call, giving demos & closing. 
• Experimenting with different outreach intervals and content to identify successful strategies. 
• Collaborating with the engineering team and customer success team to deliver product feedback and feature requests. 
• Working directly with marketing to discover opportunities and set appointments for those leads. 
• Using strong selling and influencing skills to set up qualified appointments. 
• Logging, tracking, and maintain customer records.

Required Skills and Abilities

• A University student studying in Indonesia. 
• At least in your 3rd semester of study. 
• An alumnus, max. 1 year after graduation. 
• Final year student/fresh graduates. 
• Prior experience selling or marketing is a plus. 
• Strong organizational skills and interpersonal communication skills. 
• Analytical, detail oriented, and results focused.

Office location: Sudirman, Jakarta, Indonesia. 

Working arrangement: Hybrid.
