    For those who passed the initial screening, you will be invited to attend the first-round interview via different formats, including but not limited to phone interview, online video interview or in-office interview. These initial interviews may be conducted by a Senior Associate, Vice President, Director, or Managing Director.     During your in-office interview, you will meet multiple members of our management group and staff. At this interview, you may be asked to complete a short technical exercise. After the in-office interviews, you will be notified of our decision within two to three weeks. 

Kroll Graduate Program

Kroll Graduate Program offers opportunities for seniors or master students who are eligible for full-time analyst/associate positions.  

What we look for in a candidate

  • You are current pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree from an accredited university or college. For more specifics on degrees we consider, please see our job postings.
  • You are inquisitive and curious to learn
  • You have excellent analytical skills, attention to detail and exceptional report writing skills.
  • You are energetic, pro-active and professional.
  • You are a risk taker that is open to changing the way you think about solving problems through consensus building and collaborating with others in a team environment.
