Talent and Training Internship - Administration

What You Will Do

• Assist in Training Material Development: Collaborate with the training team to create and update training materials, presentations, and resources for different training programs.   
• Support Training Coordination: Help organize and coordinate logistics for training sessions, including venue arrangements, equipment setup, and participant communication.   
• Participant Engagement: Interact with training participants to ensure a positive experience, answer inquiries, and collect feedback for continuous improvement.  
• Training Evaluation: Assist in collecting and analyzing feedback from training sessions to assess effectiveness and identify areas for enhancement.  
• Training Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of training attendance, participation, and evaluation data.  
• Special Projects: Contribute to ad-hoc projects or initiatives aimed at improving the overall training process and experience.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Diploma or bachelor's degree holder any field. 
• Having experience in administration in the retail industry would be a plus. 
• Good in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is a must. 
• Must be able to communicate in Bahasa and English
