IT Store Intern

The Programme

Kanmo Group is looking for an enthusiastic IT Intern to join our IT Department.  
 
This internship will help you broaden your IT skills and implement what you have got during your university study.  
 
Ultimately, you also gain a lot of experience in very fast paced work environment in Retail Industry.

What You Will Do

• Maintain and support business IT hardware and software solutions, including POS, Printer, CCTV, UPS, customer counting and attendance machine. 
• Provide off-site and on-site support to all store locations within the organization for installation or daily routine maintenance of store level equipment. 
• Provide day-to-day support to ensure the smooth running of the store's internet and networking.  
• Troubleshoot and resolve any application issue.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Bachelor Degree or Final year student, preferably majoring in IT or equivalent. 
• Strong self-leadership. 
• Must be able to communicate both Bahasa and English. 
• Enthusiast with Retail Industries.
