Procurement Staff

What You Will do 

• Create PO, Service & Maintenance Order, Canvass sheet and distribute to related parties. 
• Coordinate with Technical Superintendent / Vessel / and User related to specification, quantity, delivery etc. 
• Research potential suppliers / workshop vendors and maintain update records. 
• Comparing and evaluating supplier offers / workshop vendors, also supports negotiation process (pricing and service). 
• Tracking orders and delivery time to avoid delay of vessel's supply. 
• Prepare data, reporting, analysis and support in payment process and documentation. 

Required Skills and Abilities 

• Fresh graduates of Bachelor's degree of any majors or have 1 year of experience in the Procurement/Purchasing area. 
• Good administrative skills, detailed and thorough. 
• Good in communication, negotiation, analysis and calculating skills. 
• Can drive a car and have driver's license type A.
• Honest and able to work in a team.
