Management Trainee - Accounting

The Programme 

The MT program is prepared for prospective leaders to have expertise in the field of Finance Accounting so that they can contribute to the progress of the Finance Accounting team and the Company with the following tasks: 

• Assist Managers with various tasks assigned. 
• Learn how the work process works in the Finance Accounting Department. 
• Assist Manager in making performance evaluations such as making reports or analyzing data. 
• Participate in the Company's strategic planning.
• Make monthly reports related to work results. 

Required Skills and Abilities 

• Bachelor of Accounting / Management Education. 
• Fresh Graduate from leading universities. 
• Minimum GPA 3.20. 
• Ready to be assigned throughout Indonesia. 
• Have an interest in developing a career in the FMCG industry. 
• Have strong analytical skills, problem solving, leadership & good communication skills.
• Active in organizational activities is preferred.
