Marketing & Communications Intern - GoTo Impact Foundation

The Programme

You will be part of the marketing and communications team led by the Head of Marketing & Communications who will provide overall guidance and direction.  
 
You will work directly with the Marketing & Communications Associate and Coordinator, agencies, program partners, internal GoTo and closely with the rest of the Foundation’s team.  
 
You will play a role in developing, managing, and tracking the content marketing activities for GIF and programs.

What You Will Do

  • Help the team uncover the latest trends and insights in sustainability and materiality areas. 
  • Be imaginative in generating creative ideas and developing engaging storytelling content and solid key messages. 
  • Manage social media of GIF and its programs including content development, keep everything updated, respond to inquiries, engage with followers, and track our success—all on schedule. 
  • Evaluate all marketing and communications activities weekly and monthly. Measure what matters and report on our triumphs. 
  • Assist to manage website, podcast, and activations of GIF and its programs including plan and content development, community engagement, invitation and user journey management, measurement and reporting. 
  • Coordinate and collaborate with agencies, partners, and internal team within GoTo Group to develop and execute the plan.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Final year student (no more in-class study) or a fresh graduate from a reputable university, majoring in marketing or communications. 
  • Having previous experiences in organizing events or working in a division/organization, dealing with sustainability would be an added advantage. 
  • Possess social media management skills (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Medium), including copywriting, graphic design, and analytics. 
  • Able to operate graphic design software and have an interest in writing, these are not mandatory but preferable. 
  • Motivated to create a positive impact in the socio-economic, environment and beyond. 
  • Able to communicate effectively in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, both verbally and in writing. 
  • Able to work effectively in a cross-functional team and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, technical environment.
