Warehouse Analyst Intern

The Programme

As a data warehouse analyst intern, you research and evaluate data to make recommendations to management to improve data storage, reporting and other issues.

What You Will Do

• Gather data on warehouse. 
• Check on process information stored in the company database. 
• Execute improvement project. 
• Analysis warehouse capacity. 
• Give recommendation to management based on data analysis. 
• Execute system recommendation. 
• Improve data accuracy of stock counts, goods issue (outgoing), and goods received. 
• Analyze and advise on the optimal layout for warehouse. 
• Improve system linkage between material planning and stockkeeping. 
• Create systems to ensure good daily management of various tasks in the warehouse. 
• Coordinate with logistics team to ensure materials movement are compliant with customs requirements.

Required Skills and Abilities

General Qualifications:

• Graduate or undergraduate degree (technical/ business major). 
• Demonstrated projects to completion and handle multiple tasks. 
• Good interpersonal & communication skills. 
• Willing to accept challenging assignments, passion to drive change. 
• Good command of MS Office Skills (especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint).
