Business Development Intern - Industrial Engineering

The Programme

We seek a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our Business Development team as a BD Support Intern.  
 
You will work alongside BD executives in this role and support their day-to-day activities.  
 
This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in pursuing a career in business development and wanting to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

What You Will Do

• Managing files or documents related to partnership from end-to-end. 
• Assisting daily operational tasks for a new or existing project including - executing operational tasks, evaluation and provide recommendations and improvement for the operational tasks. 
• Assisting daily performance monitoring of the projects and involve in creating plans or solutions to optimize operational flow including creating business/product requirement documents. 
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure the solutions are planned, developed and executed well.   
• Additional responsibilities within the project team as assigned.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Last semester undergraduate student or fresh graduate majoring in Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent. 
• Ability to learn new complex systems and adapt fast. 
• Ability to speak up and have high initiatives. 
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written (Bahasa & English). 
• Proficiency in working with Ms. Excel, Google Sheets and its detailed features is highly desirable. 
• Have a strong interest and am eager to learn about new industries including fin-tech and its surroundings.
