Reservoir Engineer Internship

What You Will Do

• Develop Asset Integrated Production Modelling & Forecast using IPM Software. 
• Perform history match and material balance analysis of an oil field using MBAL. 
• Connect multiple well performance models from reservoir tank to surface pipeline network. 
• Establish and calibrate complex surface pipeline hydraulic to actuals data. 
• Evaluate and recommend the best operating conditions for current and future field performance.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Undergraduate student in an Engineering major.  
• GPA min 3.5 (preferred education background: petroleum, chemical and mechanical engineering). 
• Familiar in using relevant software in performing model building, history match & forecasting using well/field management. 
• Candidate should be self-motivated, creative and determined in achieving business results. 
• Familiar with P&ID (Piping and Instrument Diagram) document. 
• Able to adapt, learn new skills, and work effectively in group settings. 
• Excellent English written and oral communication. 

Preferred qualifications:

• Appropriate hands-on in using key reservoir engineering tools (IPM GAP/Prosper/MBAL).
