Technical Writer - Journalism - Internship Opportunity

What You Will Do

• You will gain hands-on experience by creating clear and concise technical documentation.  
• You will learn how to gather information, write, edit, and collaborate with others to ensure accuracy and clarity in the documentation. 
• Learn and collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and understand complex technical concepts. 
• Learn to write and edit technical documents such as user manuals, installation guides, online help, release notes, and API documentation. 
• Conduct research on product features and functionalities to accurately represent them in documentation. 
• Discover how to format and organize the documentation to ensure it is easily accessible and understandable for the target audience. 
• Review and proofread documents for grammar, clarity, and consistency. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as developers, product managers, and UX designers, to gather information and ensure documentation accuracy. 
• Help with documentation quality assurance, including user testing and feedback incorporation.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science or related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. 
• Strong written communication skills with an excellent command of Indonesian and English grammar and vocabulary. 
• Ability to research and grasp technical concepts quickly and effectively. 
• A keen eye for detail. 
• Previous experience with technical content writing, blogging, or content creation will be a plus. 
• Ready to join ASAP for 3 months internship period. 
• Must be able to work onsite in our office in Bandung / Yogyakarta.

Please note that this is an internship position, and while prior experience in a similar role is a plus, it is not a strict requirement. We value enthusiasm, a willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic.
