People Partner Intern - HR

What You Will Do

• Conduct analysis of current data points to identify trends and provide insights. 
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to facilitate the execution of people initiatives. 
• Support administrative processes, including data entry and records management. 
• Aid in creating and delivering People reports. 
• Collaborate on special projects and initiatives within the team.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, or a related field. 
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills. 
• Proficient in communication and interpersonal interactions. 
• Experience with data analysis tools is advantageous. 
• Capable of working effectively in diverse team settings. 
• Skilled in Ms. Excel or Google Spreadsheet. 
• High regard for discretion and handling confidential information. 
• Must be able to work on-site in Jakarta.
