What You Will Do

• Analyze business process in different areas to have integrated & comprehensive understanding of business. 
• Evaluate and optimize operation process align with government regulation, ESHA guideline, CPS as well as another standard requirement. 
• Recommendation for new technology and its implications in operation. 
• Support Site Management to proceed operation and projects. 
• Support for ISO (including ISO Energy Management 500001). 
• Active participation in sustainability project. 
• Execute CLNX project and supervise the operation blueprint at all sites in APAC. 
• Generate Ideas for improvements and projects, working together with GTI for project design. 
• Work together with the site team for executing the Continuous improvement project.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering / Chemist. 
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. 
• Self-driven person, Teamwork player, English, Computer Literacy.
