UX Writer Intern - Remote

The Programme

We are looking for highly motivated interns who are ready to be part of an award-winning team working on the Best App for Good 2021 by Google Play Indonesia!  
 
As an intern at Campaign #ForChange, you will have the opportunity to experience our company culture, expand your network and build skills to develop your expertise.  
 
This is a full-time learning experience where you won't just be shadowing others—you'll be in the mix right from the start. We are also a fully remote company so please feel free to apply no matter where you are located. Competitive compensation provided as well.  
 
UX Writer Intern: 
 
A UX Writer is responsible for aligning the UX content with our brand voice.  
 
You will create and execute a strategy to make our Campaign #Forchange app to be more intuitive and to give it a consistent personality. Your day-to-day tasks will be creating copy from our buttons to system messages, researching other platforms, collaborating with our team to develop our brand voice, and testing the product for an easy-to-use experience.  
 
You will gain invaluable experience in creating a brand voice, writing digital microcopy, understanding the UX process and collaborating with researchers, designers, and many other teams.

• Responsible for aligning the UX content with our brand voice. Create and execute a strategy to make our Campaign #ForChange app to be more intuitive and to give it a consistent personality. 
• Creating copy from our buttons to system messages. 
• Collaborating with our team to develop our brand voice. 
• Testing the product for an easy-to-use experience.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Fresh graduates/university students welcomed. 
• Able to commit 20-30 working hours per week. 
• Deep curiosity to empathize with users. 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 
• Familiar with design tools (e.g., Figma), understand Maze would be a plus. 
• Possess a vast knowledge of grammar, both in English and Indonesian. 
• Good knowledge of writing fundamentals, such as structured thinking, critical, and creative thinking in order to develop the writing output. 
• Passionate in UX. 
• Be available for a 6-month internship. 
• Complete any 3 challenges in the Campaign #ForChange app that reflects your personal social mission.
