Back-End Developer Intern - Mathematics - Remote

The Programme

We are looking for highly motivated interns who are ready to be part of an award-winning team working on the Best App for Good 2021 by Google Play Indonesia!  
 
As an intern at Campaign #ForChange, you will have the opportunity to experience our company culture, expand your network and build skills to develop your expertise.  
 
This is a full-time learning experience where you won't just be shadowing others—you'll be in the mix right from the start. We are also a fully remote company so please feel free to apply no matter where you are located. Competitive compensation provided as well. 

What You Will Do

• Develop, improve, and maintain high quality back-end services and APIs. 
• Doing test-driven development. 
• Within a cross-functional team, collaborate with other developers specializing in backend, frontend, quality assurance, product owner, scrum master, and etc. 
• Apply design patterns and design principles to produce maintainable code. 
• Solve technical problems.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Educational background in the following subjects is preferred: Computer/Information / Tech / Science / Math or relevant. 
• Fresh graduates/university students welcomed. 
• Able to commit 20-30 working hours per week. 
• High passion in technology, programming & software development. 
• Experienced with JavaScript or Node Js with any framework. 
• Knowledge of CLI, SQL / NoSQL database. 
• Knowledge about Microservices Architecture. 
• Good Knowledge of RESTFul APIs. 
• Experienced with source code management with GIT. 
• Have logical, analytical and communication skills. 
• Positive thinking and problem-solving skills. 
• Good team player and proactive attitude. 
• Be available for a 6-month internship. 
• Complete any 3 challenges in the Campaign #ForChange app that reflects your personal social mission.
