Associate Product Manager Intern - Computer Science/IT - Remote

The Programme

We are looking for highly motivated interns who are ready to be part of an award-winning team working on the Best App for Good 2021 by Google Play Indonesia!  
 
As an intern at Campaign #ForChange, you will have the opportunity to experience our company culture, expand your network and build skills to develop your expertise.  
 
This is a full-time learning experience where you won't just be shadowing others—you'll be in the mix right from the start. We are also a fully remote company so please feel free to apply no matter where you are located. Competitive compensation provided as well.

What You Will Do

• Work with our app development team to develop and iterate MVPs for the Campaign #ForChange app. 
• Analyze and evaluate product features.  
• Work with UX team to conduct research and design sprints.  
• Coordinate findings with the product & development team and align it with Campaign. Com's business goals. 
• Help to determine improvements to product features. 
• Help to prioritize the implementation of new features and set specific timelines. 
• Have the ability to make decisions from analyzing data. 
• Report to the Product Manager.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Current university student or fresh graduate with a major in business, computer science, information technology, or related field. Other majors with relevant certifications will also be considered.  
• Able to commit 20-30 working hours per week. 
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and strong intuitions of user behaviors. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
• Strong leadership skills. 
• Team player with proven abilities to navigate stakeholders to deliver outcomes. 
• Working knowledge of project management tools. 
• Experience collaborating with a tech team on an app project is a plus. 
• Be available for a 6-month internship. 
• Complete any 3 challenges in the Campaign #ForChange app that reflects your personal social mission.
