As an intern at Campaign #ForChange, you will have the opportunity to experience our company culture, expand your network and build skills to develop your expertise.  
 
This is a full-time learning experience where you won't just be shadowing others—you'll be in the mix right from the start. We are also a fully remote company so please feel free to apply no matter where you are located. Competitive compensation provided as well.

Android Developer Intern: 
 
Our award-winning app is well reviewed and used by many to take social actions in support of different campaigns.  
 
We are looking for talented Android Developer Interns to support us in designing, building, and maintaining our Android app.  
 
Your duties include collaborating with the design team for new application features, identifying and fixing application bottlenecks, maintaining the core code, and updating applications published on the Play Store.  
 
To ensure success as an Android Developer Intern, you should have a working knowledge of coding using Android Studio and be able to work as part of a team. Ultimately, an outstanding Android Developer Intern should be able to create functional, attractive applications that perfectly meet the needs of the Android user.

What You Will Do

• Writing clean and efficient codes for Android apps. 
• Monitoring the performance of live apps and working on optimizing them at the code level. 
• Solve technical problems. 
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX design. 
• Work on bug fixing and improving application performance. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. 

Required Skills and Abilities

• Fresh graduates/university students welcomed. 
• Able to commit 20-30 working hours per week. 
• Familiarity using Scrum/Agile development methodologies. 
• Experience building object-oriented web applications in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3. 
• Knowledge and experience in Bootstrap, PHP language, and JavaScript framework (ReactJS, etc..) are added advantages. 
• Good team player and proactive attitude. 
• Be available for a 6-month internship. 
• Complete any 3 challenges in the Campaign #ForChange app that reflects your personal social mission.
