What You Will Do

Create and manage invoices and tax invoices (faktur pajak).\xa0
Ensure accurate documentation of invoice deliveries to customers.\xa0
Post incoming payments into the accounting system.\xa0
Coordinate with internal and external parties regarding collections and billing queries.\xa0
Follow up with customers on payment schedules and evidence of tax deductions (PPh 23).\xa0
Do and ensure the proper listing and alignment of tax invoices with corresponding invoices.\xa0
Update Accounts Receivable (AR) reports and perform ad-hoc tasks as directed by the supervisor.

Required Skills and Abilities

Education: Fresh graduate or final-year student pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field from reputable university.\xa0
Strong analytical and organizational skills.\xa0
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).\xa0
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.\xa0
Good communication and interpersonal skills.\xa0
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.\xa0
Having prior internship in finance or accounting is preferred.\xa0
Willing to work on site from Tebet, Jakarta Selatan.
