What You Will Do 

• Supporting operational function for Warehouse activity. 
• Support monitoring and follow up all pending activity in Warehouse (Visualization, Order back log and storage in WH, Closing activity). 
• Follow proper communication with business units for daily operation.
• Supporting administration processes related to warehouse activity (customer complaint, urgent delivery, transfer stock monitoring, and claim letter). 

Required Skills and Abilities 

• Final year students pursuing a diploma/bachelor's degree, preferably in Management Transport/ Logistics/ Management/ Industrial Engineering. 
• Have a good knowledge of logistics and transport. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel. 
• Excellent in written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa. 
• Good communication skills, people person, and a team player. 
• Keen to learn and proactive. 
• Demonstrate leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel locally within Jabodetabek area.
