Facilities Management/HSE Intern

What You Will Do

• Supporting day-to-day activity for handling building maintenance and MAE maintenance. 
• Managing factory facility, infrastructure services, and new project development. 
• Doing HSE activity, which includes supporting on safety meeting & safety Genba, supporting on electrical safety (ES-LO), handling of hazardous material, and handling of hazardous waste (PPLI) and non-hazardous material (CV SLJ). 
• Keeping and maintaining quality management systems, such as Bosch Process Compass, IATF, ISO14000, Legal Requirement, and Customer Need. 
• Reporting of activities (daily, monthly, planned activities) and summarizing KPI & KPR achievement of each process.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Undergraduate students (min. S-1) from any major, preferably in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering. 
• Willing to work from Cikarang (WFO) for 6 months. 
• Fluent in written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa. 
• Willing and eager to learn about new things. 
• Able to handle multitasking work, pro-active, fast learner, and quick response.
