Required Skills and Abilities

• Hands-on experience in ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term engagement with a company's products or services. 
• Final year student in Marketing/Management/IT or related fields. 
• Previous experience in customer service roles, even in IT or Airlines, can be valuable. 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams effectively. 
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) 
• Willing to meet new environments & new assignments. 
• Preferably can join immediately (ASAP) and willing to be placed at ASYST Office (Soekarno-Hatta Airport Area)
