The Programme

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure that the review of cooperation agreements is in accordance with procedures, SLAs and well-delivered to stakeholders / other divisions / relevant users.

Customer Service & Relationship Management:

• Coordinate with other stakeholders / divisions / users regarding the completeness of legal documents for cooperation agreements.
• Update with stakeholders / other divisions / users regarding the term of the cooperation agreement that will expire. 

Operational Management:

• Create and review collaboration agreements with clients in accordance with SLA.
• Ensure that the expiring term of the agreement is not missed.

Good Corporate Governance:

• Ensure that each cooperation agreement has complete legal documents.
• Ensure that each term of the cooperation agreement can be monitored properly so that nothing is missing.
• Ensure that the creation of legal documents is in accordance with the SLA.

Required Skills and Abilities 

Experience:

Fresh Graduate / at least 3 months of work experience in admin or legal admin is a plus

Qualifications:

Fresh Graduate Majoring in Law.

Knowledge:

• Knowing the legal basis of an agreement.
• Knowing about business law. 

Skills and Abilities:

• Multitasking.
• Positive vibes.
• Familiarity with legal terminology.
• The ability to work in a team.
• Being highly organized and efficient.
• Communication (Bahasa & English).
• MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, Outlook.
• Maintain and update databases and tracking systems.
